About Kelly

Hey there, I’m so glad that you stopped by today because I enjoy helping  people improve their quality of life.

And please relax, I’m not here to recruit you for any business!

Just so you get to know me a little;   I’m an entrepreneur and internet marketer, and my wife, Gayla and I are currently living on the beach in Florida.  (We’re the couple on the left).

I’m a retired Army Ranger and proud to have served my country; but a parachute accident ended my career and left me with health challenges and injuries.  The medications that I was taking were toxic to my body…they were doing more harm than good, including creating some serious side effects.  Most of the time, I felt like a guinea pig in a lab and extremely frustrated.

Of course, an Army Ranger is nothing if not tenacious, determined, and willful- we don’t take “no” for an answer, and I wasn’t about to roll over and give up when it came to living the rest of my life!  We think solutions, not problems.

Through the introduction of a friend who was in network marketing,  I was privileged to meet a incredible couple,  Bud and Anita Tarreto,  who are both naturopaths and nutritionists.

I’ve always continued to exercise on a daily basis (if I didn’t, I could barely move!) and my diet wasn’t too bad,  but “Dr. Bud”  has really educated me about diet and nutrition.   Although neither one of us is still a member of the business in which we met, we had become fast friends, and I trust him with my health.

Since we both had a vision to help others, we decided to combine our knowledge and strengths in Natural Health and Internet Marketing, and create our own online business called Capture Your Health. Our mission at CYH is to educate, analyze, support and inspire you to make those necessary adjustments so you can live the life of vitality and energy that you so deserve.

We have combined consumer education with the best of science and nature to create a family of products unlike anything available anywhere in the world,  along with detox programs and individual counseling. We’re not about just selling you a product; we sincerely want to contribute value to your and your family’s life and well-being.

We’re having fun,  just living our lives and helping others, and we want you to enjoy life too!  Capture Your Health is not a network marketing business or mlm, this is our own online business, and we utilize the very internet marketing resources to market our business, that you can learn to use and apply to marketing yourself.

When you dare to  live to your optimal best in health and a balanced life,  you will have the energy, vitality and stamina to give every area of your life it’s best effort.
